一次好的战略选择,能成为企业走向世界市场的敲门砖。根据波士顿咨询集团(Boston Consulting Group,BCG)的研究结果,目前全球市场上来自新兴经济体如印度和中国的跨国公司数以千计,到2006年,其中排名前100的公司总资产高达5200亿美元,超过了全球前20大汽车公司的总资产。它们在全球范围内拓展销售和生产渠道,除依托国内市场增长带来的规模扩张和现金流量外,还得益于5种战略选择。这些战略对发展中国家意欲走出国门谋求更大发展的企业,颇富借鉴意义。
A good strategic choice, can become the stepping stone to the world market. According to the Boston Consulting Group’s (BCG) study, there are now thousands of multinational companies from emerging economies such as India and China in the global market. By 2006, the top 100 companies had a total assets of 520 billion Dollars, exceeding the total assets of the world’s top 20 car companies. They expand their sales and production channels globally. In addition to relying on the scale expansion and cash flow brought by the growth of the domestic market, they also benefit from five strategic options. These strategies are of great reference to the developing countries that want to go abroad to seek greater development.
