由天津市电焊机总厂与新河船厂联合研制的 NBC—500KEB 型防风式 CO_2弧焊机通过鉴定投产。它是天津市电焊机总厂引进国外技术,按日本松下许可证生产的 K、S 系列 CO_2弧焊机的国产化产品的新发展;又是 CO_2气保焊技术的新突破,结束我国同类焊机依赖进口的历史。CO_2气保焊工艺最怕有风,而新研制的防风式 CO_2弧焊机能在六级大风(风速10米/秒)下进行安全焊接。这就为在野外、海上、高空作业提供了最为理想的 CO_2弧焊设备,甚至在炎热的夏天,焊工们也可在风扇下进行 CO_2气保焊焊接,它与手工电孤焊相比,节约能源40～60%,提高效率1～4倍。
The NBC-500KEB wind-proof CO_2 arc welding machine jointly developed by Tianjin Welder General Factory and Xinhe Shipyard passed the appraisal and production. It is the new development of domestic products made by Tianjin Welder General Factory with introduction of foreign technology and production of K, S series CO_2 arc welder under Japan’s Matsushita license. It is also a new breakthrough of CO 2 gas-retaining welding technology and the end of similar welding of China Machine depends on the history of imports. CO2 gas holdup welding process is afraid of the wind, while the newly developed wind-type CO_2 arc welding machine in the six gale (wind speed 10 m / s) for safe welding. This provides the most ideal CO_2 arc welding equipment for the field, sea and aerial work. Even on hot summer, welders can carry out CO_2 gas welding under the fan. Compared with manual arc welding, it saves Energy 40 ~ 60%, improve efficiency 1 ~ 4 times.
