密西根州国家不孕症中心从1885例不孕症妇女中挑选出12例符合原因不明不孕症标准的妇女作为调查对象。用传统和非传统的方法测量黄体功能,以明确细微的黄体期缺陷(LPD)是否与原因不明的不孕症有联系。原因不明不孕症的诊断标准和本研究选择的条件为:(1)年龄为25～40岁。(2)不孕持续时间≥24个月。(3)体重指数(BMI)18～28kg/m~2。(4)正常输卵管和腹膜的解剖由子宫输卵管造影术和/或腹腔镜检查确定。
The National Institute of Infertility, Michigan, selected 12 women who met the criteria for unexplained infertility from 1885 infertile women as subjects. Luteal function is measured using both traditional and non-traditional methods to determine whether subtle luteal phase defects (LPD) are associated with unexplained infertility. The reasons for the unknown diagnosis of infertility and the conditions selected for this study: (1) The age of 25 to 40 years old. (2) infertility duration ≥ 24 months. (3) Body mass index (BMI) 18 ~ 28kg / m ~ 2. (4) The normal tubal and peritoneal anatomy is determined by hysterosalpingography and / or laparoscopy.
