时至明朝中期,徽商的繁荣兴盛,大批量财富的累积,在这种体系下,徽州人对于住宅有着更高层次的需求,根据当地人“贾而好儒”的特点,部分有较好的文化素养和受到优良的教育徽州商人们除去对住宅功能的需求外,还提出了更进一步的需求。其中包含对于住宅空间内部的装饰、整体空间布局的独到见解。这也使得徽派建筑在兼具实用性和牢固性的同时,有了更高雅的审美情趣和独特的建筑韵律。本文将着重于对徽州建筑群体的整体风格、装饰材料、结构进行阐述并局部分析,并与现代建筑设计中的经典元素进行对比,总结出整体性的规律。
