本实验用免疫酶标间接方法,对三只豚鼠的脑切片进行标记,观察下丘脑内亮氨酸脑啡肽和甲硫氨酸脑啡肽的定位。在视上核区见到神经元的核周质、神经纤维和末梢与抗亮氨酸脑啡肽血清发生免疫酶标反应,但与甲硫氨酸脑啡肽抗血清不发生反应,或仅发生微弱反应。室旁核、腹内侧核、弓状核,结节核以及乳头复合体的神经元胞体均能与两种抗脑啡肽血清发生免疫酶标反应。在中隆部第三脑室底部两侧和腹面,看到脑啡肽样免疫反应的脑室膜伸展细胞体和其相连接的突起(tanycytes)。垂体前叶内也有部分细胞被标记。
In this experiment, indirect immunoenzyme labeling method was used to mark the brain slices of three guinea pigs to observe the localization of leucine enkephalin and methionine enkephalin in the hypothalamus. In the supraoptic nucleus, the neuron perinuclear, neurofibrillary and apical neurons were seen to react with anti-leucine enkephalin serum but not with methionine enkephalin antiserum, or only A weak reaction occurred. Paraventricular nucleus, ventral medial nucleus, arcuate nucleus, nodular nucleus and nipple complex of neuronal somatosomes with two anti-enkephalin serum immunoenzyme-labeled reaction. On both sides of the bottom of the third ventricle and the ventral aspect of the middle lung, the enkepharal membrane extensor cell bodies of enkephalin-like immunoreactive cells and their associated tanycytes are seen. Some cells in the anterior pituitary are also labeled.
