从当年意气风发、踌躇满志的青年小伙,到老成持重、两鬓花白、年近五十的财政老兵,30年的财政工作经历,使我有幸见证了国家的改革与发展,也见证了我国财政从弱到强的变革过程;30年的工作经验,也使我对财政精神有了一定的体会和认识。我心中的财政精神概括起来可表述为:“锐意进取、改革创新、勤廉无私、科学严谨”。这种精神是财政工作者所应当具有的,也是财政工作者和财政部门在履行财政职责,服务国家、地方经济和社会事业中所实际表现出来的优秀品德。
From the high-spirited and smug young youth of the year to the veteran and frivolous past, nearly 50 financial veterans and 30 years of financial work experience have given me the privilege of witnessing the country’s reform and development and also witnessed the tremendous growth of China’s financial system from weak to Strong change process; 30 years of work experience, but also make me have a certain understanding of the financial spirit and understanding. The financial spirit in my heart can be summed up as follows: “Forge ahead, reform and innovation, diligence and selfless, scientific rigor.” This spirit is what financial workers should have and is also the outstanding virtue that financial workers and financial departments have actually shown in fulfilling their financial responsibilities and serving the needs of their country, local economy and social undertakings.
