1996年9月17日.济南市某高校学生晚餐后发生了一起食物中毒,从6份样品中检出腐败休恩氏假单胞菌,报告如下。 1 材料与方法 1.1 材料 该起中毒于17日晚餐后3～4h发病,当晚就餐者242人,共有108人发病,占就餐人数的44.6％。发生中毒后9～10h从现场采集样品15份,包括容器涂抹样8份,大便肛拭子4份,呕吐物3份。 1.2 试剂培养基基本采用卫生部上海生物制品研究所和山东省卫生防疫站生产的半成品。 1.3 动物由山东省卫生防疫站动物室提供。
