中国专利局和中国知识产权研究会于九月十五日上午在人民大会堂举行了颁布中国专利法修正案座谈会,出席这次座谈会的有世界知识产权组织总干事鲍格胥博士、德国专利局长豪依塞尔博士、全国人大常委会副委员长王汉斌、中顾委常委张劲夫、全国人大法律委员会副主任顾明、中顾委委员袁宝华、全国人大教科文卫副主任胡克实、以及国内知识产权界的有关专家、学者。会上,国际人士对我国修改专利法给予了高度评价。知识产权组织鲍格胥总干事赞扬我国专利制度运行十分出色,在较短的时间里进入了世界五大专利国的行列。豪依塞尔博士对我国能在短时期内制定出一部现代化的、在各方面堪称典范的专利法表示赞赏。
On the morning of September 15, China Patent Office and China Intellectual Property Research Association held a symposium on the amendment of Chinese patent law in the Great Hall of the People. Dr. Bogsch, Director-General of the World Intellectual Property Organization, and the German Patent Office Dr. Hao Yissel, vice chairman of the NPC Standing Committee Wang Hanbin, Zhang Jinfu, member of the Central Advisory Committee, Gu Ming, deputy director of the NPC Law Committee, member of the Central Advisory Committee Yuan Baohua, deputy director of the National People's Congress Kewen Wei Hooke, and the domestic intellectual property community The relevant experts and scholars. At the meeting, the international community spoke highly of China's amendment of the Patent Law. The Director General of WIPO, Mr. Bogschu, praised the patent system in our country for its excellent performance and entered the ranks of the world's top five patent countries in a relatively short period of time. Dr. Howesel appreciates that our country can formulate a modern and exemplary patent law in all aspects within a short period of time.
