本文通过实证分析证明了医生实践人力资本的不足会造成病人在治病过程中对医生实践人力资本的投资。用人力资本形成理论建立医生实践人力资本形成系统模型,从医科学校和医院两方面分析了医生实践人力资本缺失的原因,在解决方案中提出学校应充分利用附属医院的资源,改革教学模式提高学生实践人力资本存量,同时通过制度设立和在医院管理中引入团队管理模式,促进医生间的知识共享,加快医生实践人力资本形成速度。
This article proves through empirical analysis that the lack of human capital practiced by doctors will cause patients to invest in human capital practiced by doctors in the process of treatment. The theory of human capital formation is used to establish a doctor’s model of human capital formation system. The reasons for the lack of human capital practiced by doctors are analyzed from medical schools and hospitals. It is proposed in the solution that schools should make full use of the resources of affiliated hospitals and reform the teaching model to improve students. The practice of human capital stock, at the same time, through the establishment of the system and the introduction of the team management model in the hospital management, promote knowledge sharing among doctors and speed up the practice of human capital formation by doctors.
