目的:探讨血浆基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)的表达水平与冠状动脉斑块稳定性之间是否相关。方法:采用ELISA法测定急性冠脉综合征(急性心肌梗死、不稳定性心绞痛)患者、稳定性心绞痛患者及正常对照组的血浆MMP9水平,并比较稳定性心绞痛患者中伴与不伴代谢综合征患者间的血浆MMP9水平。结果:急性心肌梗死、不稳定性心绞痛患者血浆MMP9水平较稳定性心绞痛患者显著升高(均P<0.01);稳定性心绞痛伴代谢综合征患者与不伴代谢综合征组比较,血浆MMP9水平有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:血浆MMP9水平与冠状动脉斑块的稳定性相关,测定血浆MMP9水平可帮助寻找具有不稳定斑块的易损人群。
Objective: To investigate whether the expression of MMP9 is correlated with the stability of coronary plaque. Methods: Plasma MMP9 levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome (AMI, unstable angina pectoris), patients with stable angina pectoris and normal controls were measured by ELISA, and compared with patients without stable metabolic syndrome Plasma MMP9 levels among patients. Results: The levels of plasma MMP-9 in patients with AMI and unstable angina were significantly higher than those in patients with stable angina (all P <0.01). The levels of plasma MMP-9 in patients with stable angina with metabolic syndrome were significantly higher than those without metabolic syndrome Significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The plasma level of MMP9 is correlated with the stability of coronary plaque. Determining the level of plasma MMP9 may help to find the vulnerable population with unstable plaque.
