盐城县永丰公社洪东小学根据赵总理在五届人大四次会议政府工作报告中提出的关于“小学教育也要切实解决学生负担过重的问题”,采取了切实可行的五条措施,减轻了学生的学习负担,深受学生欢迎。一、学生每天在校课时为五节。包括活动,在校不得超过六小时。下课铃响,教师不得拖堂。二、规定学生每天在校作业总时间不超过一小时,家庭作业低年级不超过二十分钟,高年级不超过半小时。
