1979年2月11日,是农历的正月十五元宵节,(民俗又称“灯节”),中国音乐家协会在北京举行“灯节茶话会”。周扬、夏衍、林默涵、周巍峙、冯牧、贺绿汀等都出席了茶话会。已近古稀之年的吕骥,主持了茶话会。会上,周扬、夏衍、林默涵都发表了讲话。大家抚今追昔,感慨万千。展望未来,欢欣鼓舞。夏衍在讲话中说到音乐时,兴奋得眉毛都翘动起来。他说,“音乐是一种激动人心的艺术,也是鼓舞人心的艺术,能使人愉快的一种艺术。它不仅是一种艺术,也可以说是一种政治上的很大的力量。……像《毕业歌》《救国军歌》《大刀进行曲》《义勇军进行曲》这样的歌,对于
