8月17日下午,国务院副秘书长刘奇葆、中央文明办副主任胡振民等在自治区党委副书记任启兴的陪同下,对我区的文明城区及社区创建工作进行了调研。他们先后到宁夏博物馆、银川市解放西街办事处和海宝小区文体活动中心、北安小区文体活动中心、北安小区宣传文体中心进行了实地考察。刘奇葆、胡振民对银川市城区和社区精神文明的创建所取得的成绩给予充分肯定,并就如何进一步提高、巩固文明城区和文明社区成果提出了
