在大变形量、一次冲击条件下,研究了球铁、低铬白口铁的塑性变形能力,并测定了温度与临界变形率的关系曲线及温度与临界冲击能的关系曲线,提出了合理的热塑加工温度范围。结果表明:球铁、低铬白口铁具有良好的变形能力,球铁变形量可达68%,低铬白口铁可达64%;在合宜的温度和较大外力条件下,低铬白口铁可以达到或超过球铁的变形能力。
Under the conditions of large deformation and one impact, the ductility of ductile iron and low-chromium white-iron was studied. The relationship between temperature and critical deformation rate and the relationship between temperature and critical impact energy were also studied. Thermoplastic processing temperature range.
