过去二十多年中,浙江省农村社会经济结构发生了深刻变化,伴随着农村居民收入水平的大幅度增长和个人收入差距的不断扩大,原来单一的低收入阶层逐步分化,形成了界限明晰的贫困阶层、温饱阶层、小康阶层和富裕阶层。本文利用农村住户调查资料,在对各阶层的形成过程及其社会特征和经济特征深入分析的基础上,提出了促进各阶层经济共同发展的政策措施。 Over the past two decades or so, profound changes have taken place in the social and economic structure of rural areas in Zhejiang Province. Along with the substantial increase in the income level of rural residents and the continuous widening of the individual income gap, the original single low-income group gradually separated and formed a clear boundary Poor class, subsistence class, well-to-do class and wealthy class. Based on the survey data of rural households and based on an in-depth analysis of the formation process of all social strata and their social and economic characteristics, this paper puts forward policies and measures to promote the common development of all strata of the economy.
