疾病是致病原因与发病条件综合作用于机体所导致的一个整体性的、复杂的正邪交争过程。认识、把握这一过程的关键,在于谨守整体观念及辨证论治的基本原则,揆度阴阳,权衡邪正。因为,病情虽繁,执阴阳足以统之;病势多变,察邪正足以明之。能审明疾病的阴阳、邪正,则病机在握,治疗自可有的放矢。本文拟从分析赵金铎老中医所治的三个危重病案入手,谈一下这方面的的问题。
