目的观察“经皮腔内血管射频闭塞术(PTRFC)”治疗病变靶血管的安全性和疗效。方法对一例右冠状动脉瘘致缺血性病态窦房结综合征患者,经皮导管在右冠状动脉瘘血管开口近端作暂时球囊封堵后,用冠脉导丝电极释放射频电流闭塞瘘血管。结果瘘血管近端成功闭塞,右冠状动脉压力上升、临床症状及窦房结功能改善,无并发症。结论 PTRFC是一种安全、有效封闭异常冠状动脉血管的介入治疗手段,具有深入研究和临床推广应用价值。
Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of “percutaneous transluminal radiofrequency occlusion (PTRFC)” in the treatment of target vascular lesions. Methods A patient with ischemic sick sinus syndrome caused by right coronary artery fistula was treated with transcatheter balloon occlusion of the proximal coronary opening of the right coronary artery. Blood vessels. Results The successful closure of proximal fistula blood vessels, right coronary artery pressure increased, clinical symptoms and sinus node function improved, no complications. Conclusion PTRFC is a safe and effective interventional treatment of abnormal coronary artery occlusion, with in-depth research and clinical application value.
