新疆紫草又名软紫草,是紫草科植物 Arne-bia euchroma(Royle)Johnst.的干燥根部,产于新疆等地。新疆紫草中医用为清热凉血药。药理试验证明有抗菌和抑制小鼠肉瘤 S-180等作用。临床上曾用于治疗绒毛膜上皮癌、过敏性紫癜及肝炎等。文献报道新疆紫草中含紫草素、乙酰紫草素、异戊酰紫草素、β,β′-二甲丙酰紫草素、异丁酰紫草素、β-羟基异戊酰紫草素、α-甲基正丁酰紫草素、三甲基丙烯紫草素、去氢阿卡宁等成分。作者从新疆紫草分离出一种新萘醌成分,为红色板状结晶,mp 115～116℃,为光学左旋
Xinjiang comfrey, also known as soft comfrey, is a dry root of the comfrey plant Arne-bia euchroma (Royle) Johnst. It is produced in Xinjiang and other places. Xinjiang comfrey is used as a medicine for cooling heat. Pharmacological tests demonstrated antibacterial activity and inhibition of mouse sarcoma S-180. Clinically used to treat choriocarcinoma, allergic purpura and hepatitis. The literature reports that lithospermum, acetylshikonin, isovalerylshikonin, β,β′-dimethylpropionylshikonin, isobutyrylshikonin, and β-hydroxyisovaleryl violet in Xinjiang comfrey Components such as oxalin, α-methylbutyroylshikonin, trimethylpropene shikonin, dehydroaikanin, and the like. The author isolated a new naphthoquinone component from Xinjiang Lithospermum, which is a red plate crystal, mp 115~116°C, and is optically left-handed.
