气道重建可导致不可逆的气道阻塞和持续性的气道高反应性,是哮喘发病机制中的重要因素。呼吸道平滑肌增厚是影响气道重建的主要原因。他汀类药物可以影响呼吸道平滑肌细胞(airway smooth muscle cell,ASMC)增殖[1]。本实验初步探讨他汀类药物是否影响ASMC凋亡。
Airway remodeling can lead to irreversible airway obstruction and persistent airway hyperresponsiveness and is an important factor in the pathogenesis of asthma. Respiratory smooth muscle thickening is the main reason affecting airway reconstruction. Statins can affect the proliferation of airway smooth muscle cells (ASMCs) [1]. This experiment preliminary study whether statins affect ASMC apoptosis.
