本文总结150例男性不育者精液 LDH 同功酶测定及一部分患者精子超微结构观察的结果。研究表明,不育者精液中 LDH 同功酶有两种情况:一种含 LDH_x(占53.4%),且其他 LDH同功酶带齐全,有的甚至与正常人基本相同;一种不含 LDH_x(占46.6%),其他 LDH 同功酶带有的减弱甚至缺失。电镜观察表明,精液 LDH_x 正常者其精子多数发育不良,超微结构的异常主要表现在头部和尾部中段(中段膨大,线粒体空泡化及排列紊乱等,与服抗生育药棉酚者精子被破坏的结果一致)。著者认为诊断男性不育时对患者精液 LDH 同功酶的测定及精子超微结构的观察有同等重要意义。
This article summarizes 150 cases of male infertility semen LDH isozyme assay and part of the results of the observation of the ultrastructure of patients with sperm.
