牌号铸铁广泛地应用于各种机床铸件,如床身、溜板、工作台、立柱、横梁等。其中床身是重要的基础件,如果它在加工、装配和使用过程中精度保持性差,那就很难保证整机精度的稳定和加工精度的可靠。床身精度的变化,主要是床身变形和导轨表面磨损引起的。床身变形取快于它的结构、材质、制造工艺特点及使用条件等多种因素,然而带有普遍性的基本原因是床身的内应力。至于导轨表面磨损,可采用某种工艺措施来提高其耐磨性。下面仅以C620-1床身为例,谈谈牌号铸铁

If it is poorly maintained during processing, assembly and use, it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the whole machine and the accuracy of the processing. Changes in bed accuracy, mainly caused by bed deformation and rail surface wear. Bed deformation takes faster than its structure, material, manufacturing process characteristics and conditions of use and other factors, but with the basic reason is the universal bed internal stress. As for the rail surface wear, can adopt some kind of craft measures to improve its wear resistance. The following only to C620-1 bed, for example, talk about brand cast iron
