1 亲鱼的收集与暂养 史氏鲟的亲鱼是每年5～7月份在黑龙江干流上溯产卵时被捕获的,捕获的亲鱼性腺大多发育到Ⅳ期。亲鱼重量以雌鱼10～40kg,雄鱼7～30kg为宜。 捕捞工具多采用3层刺网,较小的个体受伤轻,较大的个体受伤较重,给人工繁殖带来一定影响。选择亲鱼时,对其受伤程度要进行鉴定,受伤严重的不能用。对受伤但又可作亲鱼用的,要进行药物处理,主要是消炎,以保证亲鱼的催产效果。
