目的　探讨彩色多普勒超声对眼眶内肿瘤定性、定位诊断的价值。　方法　对 32例经手术病理证实的各种眼眶内肿瘤的彩色多普勒超声声像图进行回顾性比较分析。　结果　彩色多普勒高频超声能较好显示眶内病变的位置、内部结构 ;定位诊断准确率高 ,但定性诊断准确率较低 ,对良、恶性肿瘤区别较好 ;彩色多普勒血流显示与肿瘤病理性质有关。　结论　彩色多普勒超对眼眶内肿瘤可提出定位甚至定性诊断意见 Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of orbital tumors.
