此研究以某型氢燃料电池汽车为例,对真空助力制动系统的制动性能进行了完整计算分析,并通过台架试验,表明所匹配的电动真空泵参数合理有效。从而为氢燃料电池汽车的电动真空助力制动系统的提供了设计理论与试验依据。通过此项研究初步建立了一套适合于燃料电池汽车辅助制动系统的匹配设计方法及评价系统,为今后汽车辅助制动系统的匹配设计与选型及自主开发起到了技术储备的效果。
In this study, a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle was taken as an example to fully analyze the braking performance of the vacuum assisted braking system. The bench test shows that the matched parameters of the electric vacuum pump are reasonable and effective. Thus providing the design theory and experimental basis for the electric vacuum assisted braking system of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. Through this research, a set of matching design method and evaluation system suitable for fuel cell vehicle auxiliary brake system has been preliminarily established, which has the effect of technical reserve for matching design, selection and independent development of automobile auxiliary brake system in the future.
