在当前的经济体制改革过程中,学习和借鉴国外劳动工资管理方面的经验,已得到了普遍的重视。但是,我们不能因此而忽视研究我国历史上的企业管理经验。我们感到,旧中国民族资本主义企业在劳动工资管理方面也有不少可以借鉴和研究的东两。在这方面作些探索,对经济体制的改革将是有益的。当然,也有不少东西是应该批判的。中国民族资本主义经济是在旧中国逐步变为半封建半殖民地的过程中产生和发展的,因而它受到了资本帝国主义的侵略势力和本国封建势力的压抑
In the current process of economic system reform, learning and drawing lessons from the experience of foreign labor wage management has received widespread attention. However, we cannot ignore the study of corporate management experience in the history of our country. We feel that there are also many East China capitalist companies that can learn from and study labor wage management. Making some explorations in this area will be beneficial to the reform of the economic system. Of course, there are many things that should be criticized. The national capitalist economy of China was born and developed in the process of old China gradually becoming semi-feudal and semi-colonial. It was therefore suppressed by the forces of capital imperialism’s aggressive forces and the feudal forces in the country.
