以邻苯二甲酰甘氨酸和硝酸钙为原料,合成了邻苯二甲酰甘氨酸钙。利用TG、IR对产品进行了表征。在此基础上进一步研究了邻苯二甲酰甘氨酸钙添加量对iPP力学性能和结晶性能的影响。结果表明:当成核剂浓度很低时(0.05%),β晶含量达到56.49%,结晶峰温度提高了6.95℃。冲击强度由纯聚丙烯的3.43 kJ/m~2提高到7.69 kJ/m~2,热变形温度提高了20.8℃,而拉伸强度和弹性模量则略有下降。随着成核剂浓度的增加,力学性能和结晶性能提升不明显。
With phthalylglycine and calcium nitrate as raw materials, synthesis of calcium phthalyl glycinate. The product was characterized by TG, IR. On this basis, further study of the impact of the amount of calcium phthalyl glycinate on the mechanical properties and crystallization properties of iPP. The results show that when the concentration of nucleating agent is very low (0.05%), the β crystal content reaches 56.49% and the crystallization peak temperature increases by 6.95 ℃. The impact strength increased from 3.43 kJ / m ~ 2 to 7.69 kJ / m ~ 2 for pure polypropylene, the heat distortion temperature increased by 20.8 ℃, while the tensile strength and elastic modulus decreased slightly. With the increase of the nucleating agent concentration, the mechanical properties and the crystallization performance are not obvious.
