应用不同方法,对来自东北、新疆、广东、云南、山西等地不同煤源所制成的共18种腐植酸类物质,对脲酶活性的抑制作用,进行了初步筛选。其结果为:在本试验条件下,除HA_1(新疆风化煤HA—K),HA_5(山西灵石化煤HA—N—P—K),HA_7(云南褐煤HA—Na)及HAs(东北泥炭HA—Na)对脲酶无抑制作用外,其余14种煤炭腐植酸类物质,均表现了不同程度的抑制作用。其中,与参比抑制剂—对苯二酚抑制效果接近的有HA_4(山西灵石风化煤NHA),HA_(13)(云南褐煤NHA—Fe_1),HA_(14)(云南褐煤NHA—Fe_2),HA_(15)(山西灵石风化煤NHA—Na),HA_(11)(东北泥炭HA—U—Fe)以及HA_(18)(山西代县褐煤NHA—U—Fe)六种。 初步表明:应用某些腐植酸类物质作为尿酶抑制剂是可行的。由于煤炭腐植酸原料丰富,价格低廉,加工简便,对土壤、植物无污染,避免了现有各种抑制剂的不足之处,可望成为脲酶抑制剂,为长效尿素的生产提供新的途径。
A total of 18 kinds of humic substances made from different coal sources in the northeast, Xinjiang, Guangdong, Yunnan and Shanxi provinces were used for preliminary screening of the urease activity by different methods. The results are as follows: Under the conditions of this experiment, except HA_1 (weathered coal HA-K), HA_5 (Shanxi Ling Petrified coal HA-N-P-K), HA_7 (Yunnan lignite HA-Na) and HAs -Na) no inhibition of urease, the remaining 14 kinds of coal humic substances, showed varying degrees of inhibition. Among them, HA_4 (Shanxi Lingshi Weathering Coal NHA), HA_ (13) (Yunnan Lignite NHA-Fe_1), HA_ (14) (Yunnan Lignite NHA-Fe_2) , HA_ (15) (NHA-Na from Shanxi Lingshi Weathering Coal), HA_ (11) (HA-U-Fe from Northeast China) and HA_ (18) Preliminary indications: the application of certain humic substances as urease inhibitors is feasible. Due to its rich raw material, low price, simple processing, no pollution to soil and plant, the coal humic acid avoids the shortcomings of various existing inhibitors and is expected to become a urease inhibitor, providing a new way for the production of long-lasting urea .
