目的探讨生物膜特效清洁巾对术后支气管镜表面微生物的清除效果。方法 60条术后支气管镜随机分成A、B组,A组立即表面擦拭,B组24小时后表面擦拭,A、B各随机分组(A1、A2、B1、B2),A1、B1组去生物膜清洁巾擦拭,A2、B2组湿沙布擦拭,通过菌落计数法和ATP荧光法检测处理后内镜表面微生物残留。结果菌落计数法显示术后立即使用去生物膜清洁巾和湿沙布处理的微生物残留率分别为4.80%和14.48%(P<0.01),ATP荧光法显示残留率分别为和7.55%和24.00%(P<0.01);菌落计数法显示术后24小时使用去生物膜清洁巾和湿沙布处理的微生物残留率分别为6.00%和37.12%(P<0.01),ATP荧光法显示残留率分别为7.92%和28.37%(P<0.01)。结论术后支气管镜用去生物膜清洁巾处理效果明显优于湿沙布擦拭。
Objective To investigate the effect of biomembrane cleaning towel on the bronchoscopic surface microbes. Methods Sixty postoperative bronchoscopes were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A was swabbed immediately. Group B was swabbed 24 hours later. A and B were randomly divided into three groups (A1, A2, B1 and B2) Wipe clean the membrane, A2, B2 wet cloth wipe, by colony count method and ATP fluorescence detection of endoscopic treatment of microbial residues. Results The colony counting method showed that the residual rates of biofilm cleaning towel and wet sand cloth treated immediately after operation were 4.80% and 14.48% (P <0.01), respectively. The results of ATP fluorescence showed that the residual rates were 7.55% and 24.00% (P <0.01). The colony counting method showed that the residual rates of microorganisms treated with biofilm cleaning towel and wet sand cloth were 6.00% and 37.12% respectively at 24 hours after operation (P <0.01). The results of ATP fluorescence showed that the residual rates were 7.92% and 28.37% respectively (P <0.01). Conclusion The results of bronchoscopy with biofilm cleaning cloth were better than those with wet cloth polishing.
