均衡教育不仅是区域均衡、城乡均衡、师资和配备均衡,课堂教学是实施均衡教育的主阵地,在课堂教学中实施“人本”教学是体现均衡教育的关键。教师是实施学科均衡教育的主导者、执行者,教师的主导思想和执行能力决定了均衡教育的实施程度。
Balanced education is not only regional balance, urban-rural equilibrium, teacher and equipment balance, classroom teaching is the main position for implementing balanced education, implementation of “humanism” teaching in classroom teaching is the key to embody balanced education. Teachers are the leaders and executors of the implementation of balanced education in disciplines. The leading ideology and execution ability of teachers determine the degree of implementation of balanced education.
