针对金属材料延性断裂韧度JIC测试中存在的测试手续繁杂、消耗材料多等问题,根据试样在加载过程中裂纹扩展、柔度增加的原理,导出新的J积分与柔度C的关系,通过加载卸载法计算出柔度Ci,并从柔度-位移曲线上确定开裂点和失稳扩展点,进而求出JIC值和KJIC值.此法在高强高韧钢测试中得到了较好的应用和验证.
Aiming at the problems of complex test procedures and consumable materials in the ductility fracture toughness test of metal materials, the relationship between the new J integral and flexibility C is deduced according to the principle that the crack propagation and flexibility increase during the loading process. The softness Ci is calculated by loading and unloading method, and the crack initiation point and the instability extension point are determined from the flexibility - displacement curve, then the JIC value and KJIC value are obtained. This method in the high strength and toughness of the steel test has been a better application and verification.
