本文对西洋参不同部位、年龄的根、茎、叶、花蕾、种子中氨基酸成分进行了分析,结果表明:1.西洋参根因年龄的增长,其氨基酸随之减少,茎与叶亦有此趋势。2.四年生西洋参各部分中总氨基酸含量由高到底依次为花蕾、叶、须根、主根、种子和茎。3.西洋园参中总氨基酸含量高于西洋山象。4.中性与酸性氨基酸地上部分的含量高于地下部分,须根>主根;相反,碱性氨基酸地下部分的含量高于地上部分,且随年龄增长而减少。5.西洋参所含必需氨基酸,地上部分含量高于地下部分,且以叶中含量为最高。
In this paper, the amino acids in roots, stems, leaves, buds and seeds of different parts and ages of American ginseng were analyzed. The results showed that: 1. As the age of American ginseng grew, its amino acids decreased, and stems and leaves also had this trend. 2. The contents of total amino acids in all parts of the four-year-old American ginseng were flower buds, leaves, fibrous roots, main roots, seeds, and stems. 3. The content of total amino acids in the western garden ginseng is higher than that of the Western Mountain Elephant. The content of the above-ground part of neutral and acidic amino acids is higher than that of the underground part, and the fibrous root>major root; on the contrary, the content of the underground part of the basic amino acid is higher than the above-ground part and decreases with age. 5. The American ginseng contained essential amino acids. The content of aerial parts was higher than that of underground parts, and the content of leaves was the highest.
