目的:研究白木香茎木的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等方法进行化合物的分离纯化。通过理化鉴别和波谱解析进行结构鉴定。结果:分离鉴定了12个黄酮类化合物,分别为白木香苷A1(1),lethediosideA(2),7,4′-二甲氧基洋芹素-5-O-木糖葡萄糖苷(3),lethedosideA(4),7-羟基-4′-甲氧基-5-O-葡萄糖黄酮苷(5),7,3′-二甲氧基-4′-羟基-5-O-葡萄糖黄酮苷(6),7,4′-二甲氧基-5-O-葡萄糖黄酮苷(7),洋芹素-7,4′-二甲醚(8),木犀草素-7,3′,4′-三甲醚(9),羟基芫花素(10),金合欢素(11),芒柄花素(12)。结论:化合物1为新黄酮苷,化合物2,4-7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。分离得到的5-O-黄酮苷化合物1-7具有抑制LPS诱导巨噬细胞生成NO活性。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of white wood stem wood. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. Structure identification by physical and chemical identification and spectral analysis. Results: Twelve flavonoids were isolated and identified as white muscatoside A1 (1), lethedioside A (2), 7,4’-dimethoxyanthin-5-O-xyloglucoside , lethedoside A (4), 7-hydroxy-4’-methoxy-5-O-glucoside (5), 7,3’-dimethoxy-4’-hydroxy-5-O- (6), 7,4’-dimethoxy-5-O-glucoside glycoside (7), celeryin-7,4’-dimethyl ether (8), luteolin- (9), hydroxy genkwanin (10), acacetin (11), and theononetin (12). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a novel flavonoid glycoside, and compounds 2, 4 and 7 are isolated from this genus for the first time. The isolated 5-O-flavone glycoside compound 1-7 can inhibit LPS-induced macrophage-derived NO activity.
