为制定中国中老年女性红细胞压积参考值的统一标准提供科学依据,收集了中国各地用温氏法测定的健康中老年女性红细胞压积参考值,并对其与地理因素的关系进行了研究,发现海拔高度是影响中老年女性红细胞压积参考值最主要的因素,随着海拔高度的逐渐增大,中老年女性红细胞压积参考值也在逐渐的增大,两者间存在相关关系(P<0.01)。用多元回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程。如果知道了中国某地的地理因素,就可以用回归方程估算这个地区的中老年女性红细胞压积参考值。依据中老年女性红细胞压积参考值与地理图素的关系把中国分为青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区、东北区等六个区
To provide a scientific basis for the development of a uniform standard for reference value of hematocrit in Chinese middle-aged and old women, a reference value of hematocrit of healthy middle-aged and elderly women measured by Wen’s method in different parts of China was collected and the relationship between them and geographical factors was studied. It is found that the altitude is the most important factor affecting the reference value of hematocrit in middle-aged and old women. As the altitude increases, the reference value of hematocrit in middle-aged and elderly women also gradually increases, and there is a correlation between them <0.01). A regression equation was derived using multiple regression analysis. If you know the geographical factors in a certain place in China, you can use the regression equation to estimate the reference values of hematocrit in the elderly in this area. According to the relationship between gelatin and reference value of middle-aged and old women’s hematocrit, China is divided into six regions: Qinghai-Tibet, Southwest, Northwest, Southeast, North China and Northeast China
