提出一种改进的漏光型环形光瞳滤波器以期达到三维超分辨效果。对该光瞳滤波器与单透镜系统相结合的横向和轴向特性进行了详细分析 ,并给出了一个具有三维超分辨特性的光瞳实例。结果表明这种改进的漏光型光瞳滤波器具有三维超分辨能力 ,由于其轴向旁瓣强度太大 ,故利用共焦扫描成像系统点扩散函数乘积性抑制旁瓣 ,并取得较好的三维超分辨效果
An improved leaky annular pupil filter is proposed to achieve three-dimensional super-resolution. The lateral and axial characteristics of the combined pupil filter and single lens system are analyzed in detail, and an example of a pupil with three-dimensional super-resolution is given. The results show that the improved light-leakage type pupil filter has three-dimensional super-resolution capability. Due to the large axial sidelobe strength, the side-lobe is suppressed by using the confocal scanning imaging system point spread function, and a better three-dimensional Super resolution effect
