Suhommlinski once sighed: “There are thousands of students passing through my hands. What’s strange is that what impressed me most is not impeccable model students, but unique characteristics and uniqueness. Different children.” This contrast effect of education tells us that for a special group of “unique” ’students ’, the educator must correctly understand them, study them, and spread the teachers’ love to them. Let these late ”flowers" bathe the sun and rain and grow up healthily. In daily work practice, I pay special attention to the problem of the transformation of poor students. In view of the current state of teaching, here are some of my personal views to discuss with your colleagues.
