In recent years, foreign scholars have studied the histocompatibility leukocyte antigens (HLA) of different ethnic patients with rheumatic heart disease and found that the two are closely related to provide the molecular biological basis for the immune genetic mechanism of this disease. However, there is still a lack of data on the relationship between HLA and rheumatoid disease in Han Chinese. We observed 53 patients and reported the following.
