目的 :研究中药抗癌方 (KAF)对人结肠癌细胞凋亡的影响。方法 :选择人结肠癌细胞株 HB86 93作为靶细胞 ,用 MTT掺入试验测定细胞毒作用 ,用流式细胞仪检测计算 HC86 93细胞株的亚 G1峰细胞 (凋亡 )的百分率 ,并与空白对照组比较。结果 :KAF对 HC86 93的 L D5 0 为 2 5 .4% ;在 5 %及 10 %浓度作用于 HC86 93后的亚 G1峰细胞百分数分别为 (2 2 .0± 2 .6 ) %和 (2 9.5± 3.1) % ,与空白对照组 (6 .3± 1.0 ) %相比 ,皆有极显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :KAF能诱导人结肠癌细胞凋亡。
Objective: To study the effect of anti-cancer drug (KAF) on the apoptosis of human colon cancer cells. METHODS: Human colon cancer cell line HB86 93 was selected as target cells. MTT assay was used to determine the cytotoxicity. Flow cytometry was used to determine the percentage of sub-G1 peak cells (apoptosis) in the HC86 93 cell line. Control group comparison. RESULTS: The L D50 of KAF to HC86 93 was 25.4%, and the percentage of sub G1 peak cells after HC86 93 treatment at 5% and 10% concentrations was (2 2.0 ± 2.6) % and ( 2 9.5± 3.1) %, compared with the blank control group (6.3 ± 1.0) %, there was a significant difference (P < 0.01). Conclusion : KAF can induce apoptosis in human colon cancer cells.
