高技术产业具备企业生产技术高度密集,产品质量高;技术人员高度密集,研究开发能力强;企业产值高,利润大;资金投入大,风险大;产业管理科学化等特征。我国高技术产业的形成和发展,在促使我国产业结构、劳动就业和经营管理方式向高层次转移,大力提高社会劳动生产率和减少劳动消耗,更大限度地利用我国有限资源和更大范围地开发新资源,更快、更多地创造社会物质财富和推动整个社会科学技术进步等方面起到极其重要的作用。
High-tech industries have a high concentration of production technologies, high product quality, highly skilled technical personnel, strong research and development capabilities, high output value, high profits, large capital investment, high risks, and scientific industrial management. The formation and development of China’s high-tech industries are prompting the transfer of China’s industrial structure, labor employment and business management methods to high levels, vigorously increasing social labor productivity and reducing labor consumption, and making greater use of our country’s limited resources and greater scope of development. New resources will play an extremely important role in accelerating the creation of social material wealth and promoting social science and technology as a whole.
