新生儿平滑肌肉瘤极少见,国内尚未见报道,现将我院一例报告如下。病例报告产妇,26岁,于1977年9月17日因腹痛入我院,娩出妊娠7个月19天的早产婴儿。娩出后婴儿全身浮肿,心跳及呼吸微弱,皮肤青紫,经抢救无效,呼吸心跳逐渐停止而死亡。尸检:男婴,体重3360克,体长45厘米。腹部膨隆,腹围69厘米。全身青紫无皮肤损伤。心、肝、肺、肾、脾、胸腺大小形态正常。腹腔内有一椭园形肿块,背
Neonatal leiomyosarcoma rare, no reports of domestic, now a case report of our hospital are as follows. Case report Maternal age, 26 years old, was admitted to our hospital on September 17, 1977 due to abdominal pain and delivered a premature baby 7 months and 19 days of gestation. Infants edema after delivery, weak heartbeat and breathing, skin bruising, after rescue invalid, respiratory arrest gradually died. Autopsy: baby boy, weighing 3360 grams, body length 45 cm.
