甘肃日报最近展开了—个鼓干劲,推动大跃进的春季宣传热潮。在这次宣传运动中。编委会要求通过宣传鼓动,达到鼓足干劲、高举红旗,开展竞赛、掀起高潮的目的,在宣传方法上。要抓典型,抓经验,抓言论。为此,编辑部根据掌握的情况和线索,确定在春季树立十面大红旗,一百面小红旗,组织钢铁、煤、粮棉,肥料等先进单位在报纸上提出挑战,开展竞赛。配合这些红旗和竞赛,发表二十多篇以鼓干劲为主的社论。并组织地委、县委、公社党委、厂矿企业负责同志和工农群众写文章,总结大跃进的经验。为了完成这一艰巨的报道任务,编委会抽调了三十多名编辑,记者,分别组成了九个报道
