一、前言 在我国经济发展的进程中,房地产业在我国的经济发展中逐渐占据了非常重要的地位,无论是普通百姓、政府官员、从业人员还是学术机构的研究人员都非常关心我国房地产业的走向问题。因此一段时间以来,关于我国房地产业到底还有多少增长空间的讨论非常热烈。我们可以将各种观点分为三类,即悲观派、谨慎乐观派和比较乐观派。
