热敏性磁性微球被用于人血清白蛋白(human serum albumin ,HSA) 的吸附/ 解吸研究,考察了温度、pH 值、蛋白质浓度以及保温时间等因素对蛋白质吸附/ 解吸的影响,结果显示微球对蛋白质的吸附/ 解吸具有明显的温度依赖性;pH 值增大使蛋白质的吸附量减小;延长保温时间和增大蛋白质的初始浓度均有利于增加蛋白质的吸附量.
The thermosensitive magnetic microspheres were used to study the adsorption / desorption of human serum albumin (HSA). The effects of temperature, pH value, protein concentration and incubation time on the protein adsorption / desorption were investigated. The results showed that the microspheres The adsorption / desorption of protein has obvious temperature dependence; the increase of pH value reduces the adsorption amount of protein; prolonging the incubation time and increasing the initial concentration of protein all contribute to the increase of protein adsorption amount.
