随着人口老龄化的出现,高龄患者脑血管病已渐受到国内外医务界的普遍关注。我院曾收治80岁以上急性脑血管病患者50例,为探讨其临床特点。特分析如下。(按1986年全国第二次脑血管病学术会议各类脑血管病诊断标准) 临床资料一、一般资料 (一)发病情况:1967～1977年发病数8例,1978～88年42例,近10年比前10年脑血管病的发病数明显增多。 (二)性别与年龄:本组50例,男24例,
