没有一流的技工就没有一流的产品。技工学校要在市场经济的环境下发展壮大,就需要与市场接轨。而校企合作便是顺应市场需求的产物,校企合作、产教结合是职业教育发展的大势所趋,在此合作模式下,学校和企业两种不同的教育环境和教育资源进行高效整合,学校以企业用人要求为基础,改进学生培养方案,使学生的职业能力符合企业用人标准,缩短学生从学校走向企业的转变和适应过程,由此实现了校企的双赢,也促进了学校教育教学改革的不断深化。本文就校企合作、产教结合教学模式现实意义及发展方向进行了一些探讨。
