鋼軌标准协調小組各专业組第一次会议于三月二十一日至四月一日在鞍山召开。参加会议的有:国家科委;使用部門有铁道部、煤炭部、林业部;以及冶金部各有关厂科研和設計、重庆大学等单位代表六十余人。輕軌研究組还邀請鞍鋼中型厂老工人参加了会議。会議期間王鶴寿同志接見了全体代表并作了重要指示。协調小組組长、冶金部鋼铁办公室王敬桓副主任和协調小組副組长、铁道部科技委茅以新副主任在会上作了报告,要求全体参加会議的代表要以毛主席思想挂帅,树雄心,立壮志,在鋼軌及其扣件的生产方面,坚决走自己的道路,在不长的时間内赶上并超过世界先进水平。
The first meeting of the professional standards groups of the Standards Track Coordination Group was held in Anshan from March 21 to April 1. Participating in the meeting are: State Science and Technology Commission; the use of the Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Coal, Ministry of Forestry; and the relevant metallurgical plant research and design, Chongqing University and other units on behalf of more than 60 people. Light Rail Research Group also invited Angang Steel factory workers attended the meeting. During the meeting, Comrade Wang He Shou met all the representatives and made important instructions. Wang Jinghuan, deputy director of the Coordination Group and the deputy leader of the coordination team of the steel office of the Ministry of Metallurgical Affairs and Mao Yixin, deputy director of the Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Railways, made a report at the meeting, asking all the delegates to attend the meeting to put Chairman Mao’s thought in command, With ambition and determination, the company is determined to go its own way in the production of rails and fasteners and catch up with and surpass the world advanced level in a short time.
