在建筑工程中,土建施工的现场管理是非常重要的,管理的水平和质量都会影响施工的效果,反之,资源浪费以及质量等问题大多数也都在施工的现场中出现。因此,强化土建施工现场的监管,提高施工的工程质量,提升建筑施工的安全性,节省施工的成本投入,这些都是土建施工现场所要实现的管理目的。然而,环境中总会有一些不定因素影响着施工,所以土建施工现场的管理并不是容易的,要保证整个施工工程的利益以及安全,加强其现场管理就是重中之重。
In the construction project, the on-site management of civil construction is very important. The management level and quality will affect the construction effect. On the contrary, most of the problems such as waste of resources and quality also occur in the construction site. Therefore, to strengthen the supervision of civil construction site, improve the quality of construction projects to enhance the safety of construction, construction cost savings, these are the construction site to achieve management purposes. However, there are always some uncertainties in the environment that affect the construction. Therefore, it is not easy to manage the civil construction site. To ensure the interests and safety of the whole construction project and strengthen the on-site management, it is of utmost importance.
