Cyclosporin A (CyA) is a kind of cyclic compound found in the metabolites of fungi, and has obvious immunosuppressive effects. In recent years, its application in the field of parasitic diseases has attracted widespread attention, is identified as a more promising anti-schistosome drugs [1-4]. Our previous work [4] confirmed that CyA is resistant to Schistosoma japonicum. On the basis of this experiment, further study
