在分析包含齿廓修形参数的摆线齿廓方程以及啮合齿廓之间接触应力的基础上,提出了一种新的基于修形参数的摆线齿轮可靠性优化设计方法,通过采用复合形法对X7-1/87摆线齿轮进行了可靠性优化设计,证明本文的方法是实用而且是可行和有效的。
