位于广西南端的北海市,凭借地缘优势,实行大开放大发展。目前已出现五大热: 1.开发区热。该市现有开发区17个,其中有华侨投资开发区、港澳经济开发区、乡镇企业城开发区、现代产业城开发区等。 2.房地产开发热。在该市注册的国内外房地产公司已达60多家。 3.外商投资热。1991年,北海实有三资企业90多家,合同投资额1.73亿美元,今年以来,投资规模正不断扩大。 4.边贸热。北海面向东南亚,与越南隔海相望,边贸交易日益活跃。 5.旅游热。今年来北海的国内外游客大大增加,估计可达240万人。
