近日,由成都建筑材料工业设计研究院有限公司自主独立研发与制造的SCH416H型S-Cooler篦式冷却机在台泥(重庆)水泥有限公司3条日产5000吨熟料生产线项目一线中成功投入运行并运转良好,各项指标均达到国内外先进水平。SCH416H型S-Cooler篦式冷却机由进口阶梯篦板、标准化模块以及HC1339破碎机组成,配置9台离心风机,单位熟料冷却电耗比第三代篦冷机降低约15%,适用于配套日产5000～6000吨熟料生产线的熟料冷却系统。
Recently, SCH416H S-Cooler Grate Cooler developed and manufactured independently by Chengdu Building Materials Industry Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. was successfully put into operation in the first production line of 3 daily production of 5,000 tons of clinker in TCC (Chongqing) Cement Co., Ltd. And operate well, all indicators have reached the advanced level at home and abroad. SCH416H-type S-Cooler grate cooler from the import ladder grate, standardized module and HC1339 crusher, equipped with nine centrifugal fans, unit clinker cooling power consumption lower than the third generation grate cooler about 15% for supporting Nissan 5000 ~ 6000 tons of clinker production line clinker cooling system.
